Kirk Noyes

Founder & Principal, ZONIQ

Kirk Noyes is the Founder and Principal of ZONIQ. He brings almost two decades of leading high-stakes U.S. Army operations with flawless execution to the discipline of commercial real estate acquisitions. He is a graduate of the University of Washington's Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) program and the Foster School of Business's Master of Science in Entrepreneurship (MS ENTRE), class of 2027.

ZONIQ was built on the premise that disciplined operators, not financial engineers, build durable real estate portfolios. Kirk brings military precision, analytical rigor, and direct execution to every deal ZONIQ pursues.

Why We Exist

Why We Exist

Most operators enter real estate with capital and look for opportunities. ZONIQ was built the other way around, with a deep understanding of execution, risk, and the cost of getting it wrong.

We exist to bring the standard of high-consequence decision-making to an industry that often mistakes momentum for strategy. Every deal we pursue is one we'd be comfortable defending under pressure. That's the standard.
